Player Pathway from All Stars to 1st XI
The WBCC player pathway was introduced in 2024 and shows how a player can develop at the club from the early introduction to Cricket, through the ECB All Stars programme, all the way to being a 1st Team regular.
The pathway has been successful this year with 6 players (aged 15 and under) gaining their senior level caps.

Our All Stars program is designed for children aged 5-8, providing a fantastic first experience of cricket through fun games and activities. The Dynamos program is for children aged 8-11, offering a more advanced introduction to the sport with a focus on developing skills and playing matches.
