A player pathway from first introduction through to senior cricket.
The player pathway was introduced in 2024 to show how young players can develop from their first introduction to cricket through ECB programmes, junior teams and ultimately senior cricket.
The source records six players aged 15 and under receiving senior caps after progressing through the pathway.
